After years of struggling with Hormonal Imbalances, PCOS, Weight Loss Resistance, Chronic Stress & Anxiety. I was sick of getting nowhere with doctors visits and tests. So I went back to school to learn how to heal myself. After being my own guinea pig, and much trial and error. I finally cracked the code to addressing the root cause of women's health issues. I believe that there is a holistic way to heal the body for anything. That's why I created the M.H.G. Program!

In this program we’ll focus on Holistic Health & Nutrition. Using whole foods, blood sugar management techniques, clean supplements, health apps, breath work and stress management to balance your hormones, your blood sugar, your gut microbiome and your nervous system. You’ll receive meal plans with precise instructions on what to eat, when to eat and how to cook your food. And if you're vegan or breastfeeding, I have program options for you!
You'll also receive videos so you can learn all about nutrition, clean living, learn how to shop clean and read labels, holistic health, clean cooking, gut health, hormones, blood sugar regulation, stress management, detoxing, sleep, biohacking, holistic trauma healing and so much more. You’ll be added to a private FB page which also has tons of free resource guides on all aspects of health. (i.e. how to reverse weightloss resistance, how to holistically balance your hormones, high protein recipes, seed cycling, better sleep habits, etc)
Phase 1 is all about accelerated weight loss. Most lose 7-10 lbs within the 1st week from the detox and 15-20 lbs by the end of the month. We're focusing on whole food eating to nourish and heal the body. Mostly fruits, veggies, good carbs and lean protein. If it didn't come from the ground, or eat from the ground, it's not going in our bodies. We are also cutting out all inflammatory food & beverages.
Phase 2 is all about eating clean to get lean. So we’re eating balanced meals and moving our body a min of 3 days a week, 30 min a day.
(Exercise recommendations are available to assist you in the best outcome during the program. If stress is a issue, then walking, yoga & somatic exercises will be your best friend to reverse weight loss resistance. In conjunction with the stress management techniques I teach.)
Phase 3 is all about taking all the info you’ve learned from the whole program and learning how now eat clean for life, while still eating the foods you love. All while still maintaining your results with my 80/15/5 formula.
(Vitamins & supplements may be suggested to increase your maximum results. All are holistic, made from herbs, minerals and sourced from the earth. My goal at the end of program is for you to have a better understanding of how your body works, to have greatly improved your health and to know how to maintain your results.
